Cancellation & Refund Policy

<Cancellation by Customer>
Cancellation 24+ hours before lesson: Free rescheduling available.
Cancellation within 24 hours: Non-refundable, but may be rescheduled at instructor’s discretion.

<Service Issues & Technical Difficulties>

If a technical issue occurs on the instructor's side and prevents the lesson from taking place, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

Please note that technical issues on the student's side are not eligible for free rescheduling. If you are unable to attend due to your own technical issues or personal reasons, our standard Cancellation Policy will apply.
